Refund policy for services rendered
1.1. This Policy of Alexey Nikolaevich Frantsev (commercial designation – "TrainingNotes") – hereinafter referred to as the Contractor, in relation to refunds (hereinafter referred to as the Policy) defines principles, procedure and conditions for the refund of funds for providing remote access to the platform.
1.2. After registration (provided free of charge), before purchasing remote access to the platform, the consumer is obliged to familiarize himself with the content of the platform within seven days, as well as ask any clarifying questions via the feedback form on the website or via e-mail.
1.3. By paying for the product, the consumer confirms that the functionality of the platform, the method of access to the platform and other provisions fully correspond to his taste/ meet his expectations and satisfy the needs that caused the need to purchase access to the platform.
1.4. The Contractor's service consists in providing technical access to the platform. At the time of providing such a technical opportunity (opening access to the functionality of the platform), the Service is considered provided by the Contractor. As a general rule, funds in case of refusal of the Service after its provision are not returned.
